Client Personal Training
After finding out a little bit about you and your personal training likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, aims and objectives, as your Personal Trainer I will devise the most effective training program to ensure that you undergo not only maximum calorie expenditure, but also achieve underlying results such as muscle toning and body fat loss. My personal training sessions can take place either in your home or one of four local area gyms: Oliver, BC (Parks & Recreation Society Gym, Cactus Tree Inn), or Osoyoos BC (Vengeance Gym, Sonora Centre), or my office in the Okanagan College Building (Oliver Campus).
Types of Training
Over the years, my work has been with clients ranging in age from 8 to 90 years old. My workouts combine Strength Training, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), Density Training, and plyometrics in a safe and effective way to get my clients into shape in the shortest time possible. I study endlessly to find the most effective methods and proven ideas to motivate and challenge clients, while still making fitness fun.

Monitoring your progress is achieved by regular bodyfat composition testing (bioelectrical impedence), waist measurements and regular bodyweight monitoring.
